This guy has the best use of the ratings system I've seen yet. He uses 3 as average and continuously leaves off ratings in attitude and fair play if he has no opinion about them.

0 has ZERO impact on the ratings, It's a non rating.

It'd be a good idea to make that more obvious (like not showing 0 ratings at all) considering how many other people have complained.
