is this followed up on only after the game ends?
these two have not attacked each other in ages...

Ummm. Where is the secret diplomacy? You won the game. They stopped attacking each other to try to keep from losing.
Again where is the secret diplomacy? What you cite is in game chat. It's all well within the rules.

Yeah I didn't see much at all. They were trying to break the strongest player.
You ignored the manipulation he was setting you up for and won. You should be happy, not here complaining about it.
I guess the mods will take a look and see if anything is out of place, but from a quick look I didn't see anything. At least imo

The 2 focused their efforts on you as you were the strongest player. Had they not even thought about doing such then you would have walked all over them.
grayknight_2 announced in chat for johnlake to go after you, in a place for all to see.
Their was no secret diplomacy in this game and from what I saw in the other 13 games either. Both of these users are Cleared. Sometimes when their is a bigger threat to be dealt with an unsaid thing can be assumed, or in this case a focusing of efforts that was spoke of in chat.

P.S. The way these things work : Had they been found guilty of a Secret Diplomacy, which they weren't then they would be Blocked from playing in games together in the future, meaning you would have still needed to continue the game. Just cause you don't like the way a game is turning does not give justification to file a claim in C&A to get users looked in in hopes of the results helping you get a win by a technicality.
