Corrected the form because I'm avoiding work at the moment. I don't think you have a case here at all. Those two have never played any other games together. In your game, you're only in the 4th round. You can't expect to see much attacking yet anyway! So far red has attacked you 4 times. Green attacked you 8 times and red 4 times. You attacked red 4 times and green 5 times. For this early in the game, I don't see anything wrong. Instead of complaining in here, why not post a comment in game chat asking red if he can leave you alone and try to break green's Asia bonus.

the game is in round 4 at the present stage and during this time this has happened:

jlrummel has attacked you 4 times. all except the 1st attack have been on you in one bonus area meaning he is trying to claim a bonus. Now in my opinion is he wasting turns by doing this, yes, as the other guy batdancer is by far superior in the game. But he is not in any form of a diplomacy by his moves. I suggest seeing as you both are behind offer him a truce in the game chat to knock the other player back a little bit before you both lose the game, and after the game Foe & Rate Accordingly.

batdancer has attacked jlrummel 4 times and you 8 times. 4 of those 8 coming of the last turn so he can expand his troops. He started off being more aggressive towards jlrummel and has not shown favoritism in his attacks.

Neither one of these 2 have played together before and neither of their gameplay's are questionable enough to warrant anything towards a secret diplomacy.

As I said what you have is jlrummel not employing the best available tactics at the moment, Foe & Rate him accordingly, and maybe propose an alliance with him in chat to try to change the outcome of the game rather run to the C&A forum.

This obviously was not a correctly filled out form, but it appears he tried his best to fill out it and for the most part it was understandable what he was accusing the OP's of. Were not going to cut your head off if you cant get it correct especially being a new poster in C&A, as long as the form provided to us resembles what it should for the most part, is understandable as to what is being accused and isn't retaliatory or made with flames we will not hang you out to dry.
