Accused:
colonel hogancaptain gatesThe accused are suspected of:
Multi
Other: He's deadbeating on purpose. I see in other games he is taking his regular turn. In my game with him, a 3 player game, right off the bat, he asks the other player to team up. Now that he's not succeeding he is skipping his turns. I am pretty sure he is a multi too. In other games there are new players with names like Colonel Hyuuga that play with Colonel Hogan. Captain Gates have played several games with him. Check out the log-on times in the freestyle games and tell me something ain't fishy.

I see him taking his turns in other games, He is logged on removing my posts off his wall, yet he refuses to take his turn, slowing down the game for us. I don't think this is acceptable behaviour, or is it? It's not the first time he been complained about as he's openly admitted to secret diplomacy and whatnot. He's new (or is he?) so someone really should tell him what is and isn't appropriate behaviour as he really is abusing or crossing the line in many cases.

Well it's not cool but he is allowed to miss turns. Some use it as a strategy and what not. It's only a rule violation to intentionally deadbeat (3 consecutive) to throw a game.

Yeah, I'm guilty of that, but look at my history, i've never done anything of that sort until i run into this guy. Look, he's a repeat offender of what i'm accusing him of, i think i have a legitimate case. He's not doing it for strategy, i highly doubt that. All i'm asking is someone with authority give him a tap on the shoulder and explain to him why this isn't cool and also it's not fun to enter a singles game and then find yourself against a team.

They will look at it. It may help if you fill out the form correctly and completely.
I would also suggest you stay away from 3 player games. FOE him is probably all that will come of this at this time unless he's a multi.

I've also edited my original post to include Captain Gates as a multi with a high probability. Played several games together, freestyle...they go after each other, usually within a minute or two, but you will never catch them playing simultaneously. I feel bad for slagging him, I even apologized for getting upset, but still refusing to go.

If they turn out not to be multi's then the best thing to do is...
wait for it....
FAMO!
Maybe there should be a gateway such that before a C&A thread is posted, a PM is sent to the plantiff saying:
"Now think about this, wouldn't it be easier to just FAMO!?"
I bet the thread count cuts in half.

Just imagine me as Sgt. Schultz looking at Col. Hogan and instead of saying "I know nothing! Nothing!" I am saying "YOU ARE BUSTED! BUSTED! with captain gates.
