They barely attack eachother and don't break any bonus of eachother, seeing how much they attack me it seems it's 1 person or they made a deal to attack the third person first to gain quick points.

Cleared of multis and SD..

we would need more then what is there in the 3 games these 2 have played in together to suggest that they are illegally being diplomatic. Some times in a 3 player game it appears as the other 2 are ganging up on you. I will Note this for future cases against them if they have any.
