Besides, all the mods will say is foe list, and if people make a big fuss about it like a few already have, they could get you for farming, considering that you only have that star because you only play low ranked players from Live Chat, on maps and settings that they have no chance on.

I think I had problems with Pooh being rude if I remember right.Anywways the best thing to do

i say the mods look into davids game history, seems like he farms alot of players, cooks, and has alot of private games with noob level players.and alot of them are numerous also with the same low level players

Anybody who has ever been in live chat will support david in this one. Poohcrumbs basically comes in to start crap. Putting someone on foe does not stop live chat. You have to foe them every time they come into live chat. This report has some mermit. I am actually kinda shocked this guy has not had any bannings from live chat.

you need proof to accuse someone, what david here has shown is nothing worth the accusation, and but a waste of our time.

If pooh's rude in live chat print screen the conversation and post it here. otherwise i dont see how this will ever turn into a worthwhile accusation.

Bruce, he hasn't been banned because when the mods come in, he takes his flaming to private messages to get out of it.

And the only way to prove that would be via screenshots.

david you have posted in here many a times to know how to fill the form out correctly, and you have been around long enough to know the escalation process of a violation or at least know where to find it
(community guidelines)....

The wall post is not abuse, you are going to come across players that will be unpleasant, you know what the Foe & Ratings system are for, use them.

I will leave this open for a day or two, because as said I would need a screenshot to prove that this user is abusive in chat towards you or another person. We cant just go off of peoples words.

Better yet there is always a chat moderator in chat, if a user is getting out of line it would be best to bring it up to them and if they feel it is worthy of disciplinary action then they will hand it out.

Is this a worthy accusation? Poohcrumbs has been berating me all night. This comes after a friend (chase1999) of his decided to call me names in a game chat after I had broken his (Chase's) bonus. He called me such things as retard, idiot, and questioned where I bought my swords from. I then directed him to the CC store. Anyway, I've made a few postings on chase1999's wall to stick it to him that I am not an idiot and know what I am doing. I eliminated him from the game and wanted to let him know that I did as such and made a comment that said something like, "hurts to fall from your high horse doesn't it." Poohcrumbs is apparently a friend of chase1999's and saw my post. He then took it upon himself to start trash talking me on my wall. I deleted the postings, so I don't know spefiically what they said, but there was a lot of swearing and threatening comments made. I replied and tried to explain to him why I had left the comments on chase's wall and even posted some of the game chat for him to see. He continued with the abusive comments so I foed him along with chase. Once he realized that I had foed him, he decided to drag a third party into this.

The guy clearly doesn't get it. Not only did he send me all those pms but he cc'd chase, persian and bennybladez on all of them. I sent him 3 replies and did not feel it was necessary to respond to each pm he sent. I have no ambition to continue or further this argument with him. Instead, I would like it if he were dealt with accordingly. He clearly doesn't care about violating CC policy and does not have it in him to behave in a respectful manner.
