I thought the same thing when I played against them a few months ago, but there was a previous case against them and they were cleared.

Ah, then they're just a good doubles team I suppose. I was assuming local friend's, coordinating turns over the phone or something. I only reported because they time's between moves was iffy.

They are CLEARED again.
