Accused:
100023690ysosaThe accused are suspected of:
Account sitting abuse?
Comments:
ysosa's country flag changes daily from cuba to spain. I believe that
100023690 is playing games for
ysosa. The two are never logged in at the same time anymore.

This should be interesting, according to previous statements by mods, declaring account sitting is only a courtesy(haven't the time to trawl through closed cases, it was a case involving colton24, where he said he had a sitter, then said he didn't have a sitter, that he was at the hospital all day, at the hospital for only a few hrs, etc, story changed frequently)... So following that line of reasoning, unless it can be proved that the sitter is joining/starting games for the person they are sitting for, there is no case to answer.... A big chance here for a clear and definite ruling on what constitutes account sitting abuse.

i dont think so. i dont see 100023690 as the kind of person to abuse a sitter position.

ysosa is back to cuba again. Either this player is a frequent flyer or there is some account sitting abuse occurring.
Maybe it's not
100023690. My suspicions were only arisen because they played many games together and that
100023690 is from Spain, where it says
ysosa is from half the time.

going to look into this.
From the rules page Rule #17 states:
You can, with the stipulation that the account babysitter is not your opponent in any current game. It is common courtesy to announce in game chat that another player will take your turn(s) during your absence. Babysitters should only do what is necessary to take the turn(s) and should not interact with the community, start or join new games (except for ongoing tournaments). Furthermore, you should only take another player's turn if they are in danger of missing a turn, not for the purpose of gaining a tactical advantage.
That is what I will use as my guide to decide if this is in fact abuse.

AT this time I don't see any abuse of the account sitting. I did not see any excessive or strategic turn taking.
ysosa and 100023690 are CLEARED of account sitting abuse.
