Metsfanmax, winner takes all and myself Mr.Vince played a speed game with Biff Weissglut. We then complained about his attitude in this post :

Finally, we learned that is behavior was not against the rules. So he came clean. But now, I realize that he labelled us three as deadbeat with a single star in each category. I just wonder if you could at least erase these ratings as we did not deadbeat and were just so poorly rate because we did not find his attitude okay.

No erasing of ratings will occur. Foe and Move on, as the much higher ranked person above me said

All you got left is the "move on" part!

Its obvious to me that you need to review the community guidelines around here before you go making another silly accusation in C&A again.

First both you guys need to Foe/Move on as already suggested by several other community members in here.

Second if your going to throw a rock you better not be living in a glass house. You & Metsfanmax have rated him as a deadbeat as well, and this is after you were informed of what a deadbeat was from the thread you sited above.

Thirdly, neither one of you 3 (him, you, or Metsfan) have a trend of rating unjustly or leaving misplaced tags on people besides a few here and there (this being one with "deadbeat) so all you of you are getting a Friendly reminder that you should steer away from this behavior in the future. If any of you had gross abuse or a vast of amount of rating/tags like this you would be receiving the 1st infraction for Ratings Abuse. But as I said none of you have enough at the current date. Heed the friendly reminder as it will be the only one you guys get.

Lastly, you and Metsfan need to move on away from this user. You 2 collectively have created 2 reports now in the past week that could be viewed as spurious in nature. Creating reports that hold no merit and are made in lieu of a fixation on trying to get a user that you do not hold high in regard is a waste of the C&A mods time, and takes away from work they could be doing to actually punish offenders around the site that are violating the rules. Seeing as 1 was created by Metsfan and 1 by you this will also serve more as an informational tool for both of you to not continue to do this in the future or you will start receiving the applicable punishments for that violation.

I recommend you read the guidelines and Foe this user and move on.
