This isn't true. The conversation should always be in game chat. It isn't the other player's responsibility to be checking everyone's wall, signing on to live chat, ect.
Rule #2: No secret diplomacy
Any form of diplomatic discussion between opponents must be posted in the game chat in English or in a language that all opponents understand.

Could have told him first, and saved a C&a report... but what if you wouldn't have caught him? He is still breaking the rules whether caught or not.

Posted: Wed Jan 20, 2010 10:57 pmClearly there was some secret diplomacy involved in this case, as noted in previous posts, but I withdrew the complaint my preference was to whoop the cheater in the game, which I did.
