The accused are suspected of:
Being Multis

Comments:
1.) Both from the Netherlands
2.) Joined CC within a few days of each other
3.) Played about the same amount of games and won about the same
4.) Played in four games together where they joined the game straight after each other
5.) In the current game I'm in with them 6218654 they have not really attacked each others bonuses or put much defence on their borders until I started to make comments about my suspicions. Plus their comments back to me have made me more suspicious
6.) In their first game together 5515705 they both start out in Africa then spread out left and right but do not bother to take all of Africa for themselves i.e. they never harm each others bonuses. They eliminate the other players one by one until they are both left, then on babes0115 last turn they place 21 armies on one region and then do not attack. Also the whole game lasts 14 rounds and in 8 of those rounds their turns are within less than 2 minutes of each other and in some cases less than 30 secs.
7.) In game 5517952 although their turns are not that close the same pattern as before starting out in Africa and one going one way while the other goes a different way until all other players are eliminated.
I have made a bold statement within the current game that if I am proved wrong I will leave CC which I will abide by as I'm not usually one to go round looking for cheats but I do enjoy playing CC and hate it when people appear to be bending the rules.
