Ok so the game i'm in with them got e thinking, the following happened(I hope it makes sense):

I was in instanbul with the bulk of my army, and had 1 region in north america.(the rest of my army had already been destroyed). Dhui was in south america and Hin in africa. Dhui came from south america to attack my stack in instanbul and weakened it, I then took the rest into south america to hit back.

Dhui then took me out of north amrrica, and then Hin used his army in africa to take me out, but failed. At this point i have 1 region with 1 troop in south america, Dhui in Bogata and Hin in Sao Paulo trapping me in with 17 between them. They never were playing at the same time, but one after the other. I think they were definately working together, or the same person.

I then looked at their game history and surprise surprise, pretty much all their games have been together, and in all but game
Game 6247516, Hin or Dhui has won.

They also joined within an hour of eachother.

1 is from New Zealand, the other from Hong Kong.
So not a multi with eachother.

if you check the log in Game 6259211 they also take their turns at the same time

Dhui and Hin are CLEARED of being Multi's.

I do not see any real evidence of secret diplomacy, meaning wall post or PM's etc. But after going through many of the game logs I do believe there is enough reason to BLOCK these two from playing together. For example in one game Dhui helped clean North America of the other players and then forted all his troops to Europe leaving Hin unopposed to take North America.
