As per the community guidelines Secret Diplomacy is knowingly conducting communication privately or secretly in an attempt to rig, alter, or otherwise change the gaming atmosphere from a fair and competitive playing field to something slightly or greatly skewed in nature, against one or more opponents. Truces may be made, but they must be made in game chat. Any diplomacy talk outside of game chat constitutes Secret Diplomacy (I.E. on walls, in PMs, e-mails, etc)

I understand they information posted on the wall comment was virtually the same info already discussed in chat but it doesn't change the fact that it isn't allowed.

If you want to draw attention to what is in game chat cause you feel the user is not reading it and choose to use a PM or Wall Post then comment to check the game chat rather then the diplomatic discussion between you.

Ukey has been Warned as well as eCOOPS that this is not acceptable.
