Secret and open diplomacy in a 3 player games, these guys are either a multi or just set the game up to openly gang up on the 3rd party

Not multi, unless using a proxy, because one is from the UK, and other is from Canada.

there are ways of tricking the system with flag orientation. but we can figure it out.
checking for multi's after that is determined will weigh in on diplomacy case

after much review in the games that these 2 have been in together and their gameplay in them I cant 100% say certainly that some moves were made because of an unsaid thing vice other reasoning. However there is enough there to Note this for future reference. In the future if their actions go over the line then they will be Blocked from playing with one another, but now there just isn't enough.
