AND they are currently in another standard game together.

in my defence... i also posted the truce in game chat... but he was obviously not reading it... the only way to get his attention was to put him a message on his wall... he still did not reply so i attacked him ... failed... but i tried. this is not secret diplomacy at all

Well if you had walled him to please read game chat and left it at that then there would have been no cheat.

I agree with this. Wall him "please read chat in game #" rather than actually talking strategy. I think a warning should be good enough here as it doesn't appear to have affected the game and they did keep it in the chat for the most part.

ok ... point taken .. but i did not see the harm as it was already in game chat...
the reason i used this function was because i realised he was playing too many games and not reading anything.

if i had wanted to keep it secret i would have use PM not wall though ^^

There may be no harm if it's in the chat, but if your opponents don't see the person agreeing to the truce in chat, but agree's to it on the wall posts.....can you see my point.... although my points usually don't make sense, and add nothing to the convo......moving along now

I don't see were the truce was declared in game chat.

You offered one up and green didn't take it, he then later came back and said he would take the truce and you said "yeah after you attack my bonus, I don't think so". So its somewhat misleading to me, and probably all other players in the game that you 2 had an actual declared truce (minus the obvious non aggressions you had)

This is pending me checking other games.

Ok you guys have played in 2 games together and from what I can see in the other game not mentioned there wasn't anything in that game that makes me think this is a habit between you 2.

And since you both have no history of this then this will result in your 1st and only Warning.

eCOOPS it seems you invite this sort of behavior as I have another open case where diplomatic discussions are on your wall. Looking at the game it appears you didn't act on it but still you should know that all game talk SHALL be done in game chat.

If you need to bring attention to a proposed truce, troop alignment, or any sort of move post it in the game caht area for all to see and you can wall post or PM another user to please check the game chat. Posting it openly in either place is against the rules.
