Comments: In this thread he as continued to persist me. He has tried many times in many different ways to degrad my character and name. He's being slanderous and unnappealing to the eye. He keeps bringing up the same exact point over and over while saying how terrible a person i am. Its very annoying to the cause, and also has no valid point to the thread whatsoever. I told him i was resolving the matter with an eticket and he kept bringing up that im full of lies and that i just wanted to start a thread for post count and coolness factor. I didnt feel that it was necessary to buy a new preemuim after already spending it on one. I said "If the e-ticket response is no to this, then i will buy stephenB a new preemuim regardless. It is upsetting to see that Vace Cooper can not seem to cooperate with me or anyone among the thread other than Colton (who btw was no help what-so-ever either. I hope this is a clear enough response for you to get him off my back.

I think I will pass this on to an admin. This is sort of beyond my expertise.

No no no. This wasnt supposed to be about the preemuim LV. I was talking about him flaming, baiting me, and trolling that thread nonstop. He had nothing to do with it.

Comments: (it's a long story so I'll seperate in 2 paragraphs 1st summing it all up, 2nd in detail)

Parker made a contest promising premium for any1 who could guess his middle name. StephenB wins. Parker sends it through a type of payment, something happens. VaceCooper goes on and on for pages how he thinks parker is lying. Parker tries to explain. VaceCooper continues his nonsense (exact same thing) and I found it and decided to report him spamming in people's thread.

Read the thread throughly and carefully. You'll see that parker4s has promised StephenB a premium for winning his little contest. Parker's payment did not go through(so he sent an E-ticket for it) and said if the response is no he'll find another way to pay. But Stephen said it was alright. Then in comes mister "I'm gonna spam your thread complaining about something that doesn't involve me just to be a a-hole" VaceCooper. He keeps rambling on and on and on about how parker set up a fake contest and "blah blah blah". So parker tried telling him what was going on with the payment. Then VaceCooper is rambling on basically about the exact same thing for the rest of his posts (about 10) while parker is being as nice as he can trying to explain it. But in the middle VaceCooper says that he hopes C & A catch parker for spamming on General Chat and for hosting a fake contest and he made it for posts. And then people start telling VaceCooper to back off that it isn't his buisness and that Parker was going to pay.

I do believe a mod is looking into Parker's payment thing but I think something should be done about VaceCooper, wither it be warned/noted etc.

Well the issue is that if this original problem is not resolved then cc has something of a dilemma in that anyone can go onto GD and say they are going to give a free premium then not do so...what effect would that have in the longer term regarding the way cc is perceived?

I have to say that had my 'payment' not gone through, I would have ensured my records of payment were sent to cc and paid again so that the prize was given without further ado.

The simplest way to stop the 'spamming' of the thread would be to pay up! Prove the point and then the arguments would cease. If a member takes a stand over the non payment, then that is their right, they can keep going back to the core issue (non payment of the premium) as much as they wish. To see 2 threads now in C&A seems a little childish to say the least, your efforts would, perhaps, be better put helping the original issue get resolved. It does seem a little odd that nothing has come back so far.

For the record, I neither care nor give a damn about the original 'prize', but what I do know is that in all the other free premium prizes given, including the BpBs last year, the winner got their premium paid on time and with alacrity.

For now this is noted. His posts can be seen subjectively and it's really borderlining to baiting and trolling with the repeat posts of reminding the TS to pay up. If he makes similar posts in the future, we shall look if it is the same type of behavior as what he has shown from the reference thread.
