Comments:Read game history and comments. You will see after he was easily going to be winner he deadbeated a couple of turns. Then eliminated me down to one territory and then continued to conquer neutral territories so that I would have to keep showing up to take my turn. He was being a really rude player and would like some ramification done to him because from his ratings this hasnt been the first time.

As its not a big problem for u because ur premium its still a pain in the ass/annoying have to play out the game... This would be more serious if he was doing this often and to freemium players...

see that that game is over just rate him appropriately and add him to your foe list

Haha had to get the proper forum

... anyway i see he is only playing speed games, so no freemiums are being harmed... I think most of his bad ratings come from his chat rather then holding someone hostage.. I looked through the last 5 or 6 games he has won and it didnt look like there was any similar cases... as Alex correctly said, foe and rate as u see fit.. this will probably be noted.. but nothing more..

He didn't really hold the game hostage so as has been suggested rate him accordingly and foe him if you wish.
