mine point is that green let blue win because he thought then that he loss less points so he killed blue's target he is freaking a cook what the hell lossing points over that he lose 9 or 11 he still be cook thats what i mean

Green definitely threw the game.

It is right there in the game chat. He only wanted to lose 9 points, rather than 11.

He then tries to beg the OP to not post this.

Its happened to us all and he noobed me in the game before that he is a crap player.

He may/probably get a warning for throwing a game. But i doubt you will, since it wasn't really your fault he did that, and you had no way of knowing he would. And as you said, foe and move on
