Not sorting things out properly when players get banned.
If a player is kickout-out mid-game then the game should be void points-wise - in these games one team or the other is punished for innocently playing with, or against, teams with banned players.

Comments: Hey, I don't mind in this instance, its only a few points and I've been on the winning side when an opponent being kicked has enabled easy victory - however, sooner-or-later some high ranking players are gonna make a very big fuss when this happens to them.
