The others are nubes with no games and only one game on the go (6164012). They took no turns and are about to deadbeat, conveniently in a way that highly benefits jmyork82.
A search of jmyork82's other games shows there are always nubes like mjoslin and sith 101 i.e. nubes with no other games, and who are generally deadbeating. A random search of games shows it is hard to find nubes with no games.
