The accused are suspected of:
Being Multis
Conducting Secret Diplomacy

Comments: its an very very odd thing pas77 always tried to attack me from every thing he can afford and sab84 will take territories at ease. I've asked player LIECHEATNSTEAL to help check on the maps and he suspected farming purposes (ps : green still focus attacking me even red has clear dominant hand already )
