Johnny Rockets - usetheforce [cleared]

Accused:
Johnny Rockets
usetheforce
The accused are suspected of:
Being Multis
Conducting Secret Diplomacy
Game number(s):
Game 5915958
Comments: Playing game 5915958, as the log easily shows, they both play a terminator games where Johnny Rockets (premium member) and usetheforce (free member) have respectively the most and the second most, by far, number of troops, yet they almost never attack each other (trading a handful of tanks when 200-300 is each one's total); that could have sense if not for usetheforce keeping attacking everyone else while Johnny Rockets curiously leaves him undisturbed while stacking more and more troops.
Please read the chat log also, you'll find many astonishing genuine pleas to usetheforce to not leave Johnny Rockets unscathed, before I concluded and wrote that there must be something fishy.
You can unfortunately read in the chat log Johnny Rockets saying this exact quote:"But then I'm sure just more excuses will flow. Not that I'm judging, I'm assuming your loyal to the traditions of your national military heritage."; now, I assume he's referring to Italy since I'm from there, regardless of how much I consider it worthy or not, it strikes me as a provocation of racist/nationalist nature, which I'm sure is forbidden by the netiquette. Thus I wish to bring it to the readers' attention.
The log also show many instances of Johnny Rockets starting his turn minutes after usetheforce ended his, though he claims it should be because of the same timezone (both canadians, though afaik canada should host 6 different ones, dunno how they know they share the same). That might be logic, though. However, some are so close that one might wonder whether they share the same timezone or spend all the day at the PC waiting for their notification to play:
2009-12-10 19:10:27 - usetheforce ended the turn
2009-12-10 20:48:39 - Johnny Rockets got bonus of 4 troops added to France
2009-12-11 21:37:49 - usetheforce ended the turn
2009-12-11 21:59:47 - Johnny Rockets got bonus of 4 troops added to France
2009-12-15 17:44:09 - usetheforce ended the turn
2009-12-15 17:45:11 - Johnny Rockets got bonus of 4 troops added to France
2009-12-16 21:54:24 - usetheforce ended the turn
2009-12-16 22:03:48 - Johnny Rockets got bonus of 4 troops added to France
2009-12-17 20:52:16 - usetheforce ended the turn
2009-12-17 21:00:56 - Johnny Rockets got bonus of 4 troops added to France
2009-12-18 22:40:59 - usetheforce ended the turn
2009-12-18 22:47:48 - Johnny Rockets got bonus of 4 troops added to France
What puts the '?' upon my head (though I'm not an expert when it comes to computers) is how can anyone react so often, sometimes less than within 10 minutes, to the fact the previous player took his turn.
Even if notifications are quickly made and sent and received and read, with the recipient immediately rushing to play, is it really possible to achieve that without staying glued to the PC for the most part of the day (doing nothing else but observing CC, of course)? However, I mean without receiving info from the previous player.
I mean, before writing this abuse report, I read that he claims to be 41. Now exactly tell me how a 41 age old guy, supposly with a family, a life, a work (well, about that he could be on Christmas holiday) be able to spend all that time staring the monitor?
I repeat, I do not believe in social network and such, but it seems really too extreme a situation to believe he's always there 'ready to play Conquer Club'. And while I won't be the one checking his case (as it should be, only a third party could do it properly), I'm really curious about how he can perform such feats of speed; though for the sake of privacy, I'll probably won't be told, but it's fine.
Game 5914919
Comments: I did not play this game, checked it because it's another one where both of them play. Not much to say reading the log, just for the fact usetheforce keeps bordering Johnny Rockets while having 1 region, never managing to conquer 1 single region from the latter (though I cannot say he did not try), before being eliminated by Johnny Rockets. Looking at this game I wonder why usetheforce keeps stacking the single region he has, just to be swifty killed after some rounds of co-existance (I wonder whether he stacked 3 troops each rounds to survive and Johnny Rockets managed to kill him anyway while fighting others normally -weird, perhaps bad luck- or usetheforce simply attacked for turns someone different from Johnny Rockets, who killed him when it was convenient).
Conclusion: It smells like Multi or Secret Diplomacy to me, as both logs show no public agreements between them whatsoever, and I do not buy Johnny Rockets' explanation that usetheforce plays that way 'because he's inexperienced'.
