According to the rules, all things should be done in the game chat so I think silversun6 broke the secret diplomacy rule.

How are these looked into? I thought mods cannot see Private Messages. Tezu could have easily falsified that. While I have no motive, this is strictly dismissible evidence.

lately they have been asking the players to forward their message that they received as proof

I know this is weak evidence, but if any of the mods would like to enter through my account to check it out, I'd be willing to provide the necesary info...

Please either forward the message to one of the C&A mods or do a screen shot and send it or post it in here. The assumption is correct, we do not have access to your inboxes.
