I think this is just going to be a foe and rate resolution because I believe being held hostage only counts if you are a freeminum.

Ya i don't think this one counts as being held hostage, because you can still go around him, this guy is just playing with you and is happy he beat a high rank (probably the first time he ever has?) you might still be able to beat him in this game, just build up man. My brother and I were playing Lux, and he had be stuck in the top, now that is being held hostage, but that was funny because it was with fam.

Ummmm he "hosts" people??? Is he not a good host?? Does he not serve hors d'oeuvre??

I have sent the player a message to end the game. For now this is pending. I will check back tonight to see if he has done so. I will also suggest that after the game is over or as soon as you are able to to foe the player.
