Before anyone says it, yes, I've already foed him.
I was fully expecting this guy to give me a bad rating after he abused me in the game chat for having the audacity to try and beat him (which I did). So his all-ones rating for me was no big surprise, though I beat him fair and square. His tag of "deadbeat" was unexepcted though - I certainly didn't deadbeat in our game; I couldn't have beaten him if I had.
But I thought I'd check on his ratings history (see link above), and lo and behold, this guy has a long and obviously communally frustrating history of giving everyone who beats him 1 star ratings and completely ridiculous tags. It's one thing to be such an obviously sore loser, and the ratings are the obvious revenge method, but this is such a clear abuse of the system over such a long time (43 examples of all 1 stars on his first page of ratings given alone!) that I think this guy needs to be given a permanent holiday from awarding ratings. It's bringing the overall score of a lot of people down without justification.
For the record, I did check the forum for any previous reports of this guy's abuse (ratings or otherwise), and - sure enough - there are several:

So it may be considered that this has been dealt with, but as far as I'm concerned this is clearly ongoing. Check out Game 5977790 which was played one day AFTER his warning, and he is still abusive. Can't find what rating he gave this player, but that chat suggests he didn't learn from his warning. He needs a holiday.
