Accused:the.killing.44The accused are suspected of:PM Abuse (severe I don't know, but it's un-necessary and un-called for)
Comments:
This was a reckless bout of PM abuse and spamming whilst I was serving a forum ban, and even before that. There were about 50 messages in total, some of which I deleted before my forum ban was issued, assuming he would stop eventually.
But the kid insisted on pointlessly sending me the messages later on with full knowledge that I couldn't read them. Each message read like this:
Why bother is my question.. why the anger?!

There were exactly 16 messages; not anywhere near 50.
You also posted 3-4 times on my wall flaming me, which of course you deleted. I couldn't post on your wall, so I took it to PM's. admins can see deleted wall posts, right?
That answers your question, as well as saying it was necessary and called for.

You either need to learn to flame, or develop some problem solving skills.

I don't have a dog in this fight, but I don't see any possible way to justify that as "necessary". It seems silly to even suggest it.

Not to steal your thunder LoVo, but this grave crime is something than spans beyond the borders of CC. Such reckless and dangerous behaviour is not tolerable, and is an afront to the global village we live in. I've taken this one to the UN Council on Human Rights, and will get back to you as soon as the emissary replies to my email...

The plot THICKENS
Not always being privy to all this fun drama between players on this site leaves me (and I assume others) kinda in the dark when bits of these little power struggles spill over into C&A. I still don't think it's appropriate to use C&A as a "Nuclear Option" when your tussling with someone online.
Maybe if it was required to post all the dirty details of these little feuds (there have been a lot posted in C&A this last two weeks) it would be more obvious how trivial these things are and how both sides are obviously guilty of these minor indiscretions. I say quit the tattletale crap, ignore/foe the guy if you want to stop the problem, and focus on the game.

Why would he be cleared? You don't believe that's an abuse of the system? You don't believe it's being intentionally annoying?
