and he knows how to make it to hide the last visited thing also and is posting on my wall and talking in my game chats he knows how to work on CC perfectly

It doesn't take much effort to click and move a mouse quickly. Nor much training. I'm one of those people with awesome reflexes (well that could be a reason, but still. seriously?)

cmon the first thing i did after joining CC was to click on all the buttons. found the c&a area in less than 5 minutes... its not hard

Yeah. After I joined a few games I checked out the forum. C & A was found in 2 minutes.

In just looking at his games it looks like a Multi to me. I agree with you WItt. Maybe he is telling the truth, but I am not a fan on mutlis on the site so I would of reported him too.
