The first game is the one I was involved in. I won the game and got 3 stars and the "Poor Strategy" tag. 3 stars? Ok whatever, if you want to be bitter then that's fine. But obviously if you win you don't have a poor strategy.

I checked up his ratings page, and you will see that he has left all 1's and 2's for all players, and if you check the games above, you will see there is absolutely no reason for it. This is most certainly an abuse.

Your first step when you come across a player that has rated you unjustly should be to contact that individual and ask for the justification.

Piccadilly J has rated 36 users, and they all differ in range scales.
A 1 being = extremely poor
A 2 being = below average
A 3 being = average
A 4 being = above average
A 5 being = extremely above average

We do not like to step in when it comes to these matters unless it is gross abuse, since this user is new and many many tags that he has left with the ratings are false he will receive a Warning for this. But as I stated above your first line of defense should be to question why, and then proceed from there.
