I've played him in 3 1v1s over many months.... the last being a few days ago.... game went well... I didn't do anything to piss him off.... turns out I received all 1s and bad tags.... I check his ratings left and see this:

The C&A forum needs to be taken more seriously and not to be mistaken as the Off Topics Forum or Flame Wars.

All should use the form provided to you and be descriptive in making the report.

You may have used the form correctly and tried to be descriptive in making this report, but if your going to take the time to put a report in here then you should first check to see if this user has been recently reported and ruled upon for the infraction that you are citing. If you had done this then you would see not 10 threads down that he has.

Also the main reasoning for the Warning to you is putting "the accused are suspected of: Being a sore loser and Sucking a bid D at Montreal map". There is no room for this here.

This report does have a bit of validity with the ratings abuse claim, however the lack of effort to see that this was just reported and ruled upon and the flaming involved in filling out the report makes this a spurious report and has gotten you a Warning of a forum violation.

Hopefully this serves its purpose to more then just you, as C&A is not a place that anyone can dump a trash report in to blow steam off anymore.

What an honor! Glad to see he's been given a month ban.... only took a month of him ignoring that warning and then another week and a half for you guys to decide a punishment to get it to him.... Anyway, I'll see you in a month when I report him again. People don't change their ways very easily..

ANYWAY, I just absolutely LOVE how you guys allow the following in game chat to innocent people just trying to play the game but jump on my ass for one little side comment I tacked on to a report, especially when I filled the form out 100% legit.

The mods are getting ridiculous - it's one rule for a simple, honest poster reporting someone for clear and blatant abuse (i.e. this thread) and quite another for complete c*cks like Herpes, simply because "we don't monitor game chat".

Boo hoo; the games are what people use this site for - NOT the forums. Innocent people who don't like being told they're a "f*ck boy" can easily avoid the forums but not the game chat. GET YOUR PRIORITIES SORTED CC!! What a mistake it was to remove flame wars...

A. This thread and the other were about policeboy and his ratings abuse, not another user's (KH's) game chat. Feel free to correctly fill out a claim without flaming in it if you wish to get King H looked at for game chat abuse.

B. It is not our job to inform you of every user that receives a notification of their behavior, hence you don't really know if Queen H was informed that it wasn't appropriate to type that in the forum or not.

I think you're missing the point here Sam, that the OP was given a warning for a perfectly fair accusation - are we now discouraging people from calling out the scumbags and cheats on this site just because they may not have enough time to trawl through the forums to ensure they haven't been accused already? Maybe they have better things to do with their lives?

Point is C&A has become a breeding ground for any person that wants to be vindictive cause of a loss or cause of banter in game chat and their choosing to use this forum as a release. It wastes our time that we can be using handling cases that are relevant.

It has been Warned in the past not to create spurious reports and it is now going to come with consequences. The originator was Warned for the flaming in the Claim, it did have relevance, and was noted that in the future to look through the C&A thread to see if a claim already existed. Eagle is a common poster in C&A so the "maybe he didn't know" excuse doesn't fly.

And it wasn't the reasoning for the Warning. But an added note for next time.

He was Warned for Flaming in the C&A claim, unless you can find in the community guidelines where it says "Sucking a Big D" at a map is against the rules. It doesn't, and stuff like this will no longer be tolerated in here, if you feel you can not file a claim without adding remarks like this then you can always fill out an E-Ticket.

I think Eagle was referring to a "Big Diplomacy (secret)" which IS against the rules, especially the sucking of...

he has rated myself poorly too when we did not even say anything but "gg" in one game... I have him foed now.

I found this to be highly unprofessional in manner. If you wanted to give the originator a warning about this it should have been done privately through a PM. By posting it publicly and directing it at EagleofGreenErth you are baiting him/her to get into a public brawl with you. If you felt the need to let people know that using the C&A forum as a personal vendetta is not acceptable then it should be posted in the C&A Forum Rules and Guidelines thread rather than publicly "making an example" of the originator the way that you did.

If you have a problem with a decision or any actions with team cc take it up with optimus.
