He specifically attacked one of jaseleo's territs leaving the other weak and open to attack.

Are there rules that state you can't attack those who are not your target? Retaliatory attacks are quite common. Like in every game. Perhaps he was the target of the player that attacked him. I.E.Self defense. Surely thats allowed. If not then we all break that rule.

I agree with you that it happens a lot and that people attack others who are not always there target, but he specifically admitted to attacking for no other reason than retaliatory. I'm not sure what the retaliation was for, as it was round 1 of the game.

Game log shows green took his tert & a little later he took one back from green...... Perhaps it was in his way. Do you know who's silvers target was?

There is not rule about attacking someone who is not your target or for making a retaliatory attack.
