this user posted that he wanted to join my tourny 1 day after her joined CC

Will look into it. But know, just cause someone just joined and asked about your tourney doesnt always make them a multi. They might have very well been looking though the game and noticed that your tourney was a good set up and they liked the style of the games.

and he also just played 1 game and was still a NR
i just wanted him checked out so that there would be a fair tourny

Still pending for now. It is up to you if you want em in the tourney or not. I would suggest if you have any suspicion that he is not on the up and up, then since it is your tourney you have the final say in who you let in or not.
