Over 6500 games where he joined a casual 1 vs 1 game (mostly freestyle) against a low ranked player in order to have a major advantage and get easy wins...

This is only a small portion of the games that he was farming, you can look them up yourself, just go to game finder and put in 2 players and johnnyrocket24's name...

He's also done it several hundred times in doubles games as well...

I think there's a rule about systematically targeting players in order to gain an advantage...

As it is now, your post really says nothing.

As a general note, being aware of JRs zero-tolerance against joining dub games containing a ?, it seems unlikely that you would be able to give up any sizeable number of 1v1 games joined against a ?.

targeting bad players isnt farming? i'd think anyone with common sense would say it is

my opponent has a a score of 1461 and has played 2,100 games. How in the world is that a new recruit ?

I clicked on 5 of those game randomly, didnt fine one new recruit

farming is limited to new recruits. Not new players.
That was decided in the thread I made months ago with demonfork...which since you posted from its sister retaliatory thread, most likely read.

the farming rule was also established in jan 1 2009.

Many countless players farmed before that, and it was technically legal, or more precisely, not specifically illegal.

Its the ones that are still doing it like you that are breaking the rules.

Bogus retaliatory cheating threads are also against the rules.

Krapt this is a childish way of dealing with your case against you. You and Johnny need to hug it out I think.
It is well known that johnny just joins 100s of open public games regardless of rank/game type.
Cleared unless you can provide some actual evidence of farming new recruits

All you have to do to see if he was a new recruit is see how many games he had finished by the date JR joined. No doubt his rank has changed, but it didnt change from new recruit. :roll:

What is it
"Farming" New Recruits is where a user or group of users deliberately target New Recruits and encourage them to join their games so they may easily win and reap the New Recruit's points. This creates a rather unwelcoming atmosphere for New Recruits who are attempting to join the Community and are essentially being undercut by greedy individuals. Targeting may be done via PM's, often coming out of the blue, via Wall postings, via Game Chats, Live Chats, and Forum posts.
Targeting may also occur by specifically being the last one to join games filled with New Recruits.

Key words are new recruits.

Actually it very much is farming, but as mentioned many times now. Illicit Farming is the systematic farming of new recruits. Also, it was not expressly illegal until the first of this year.

I believe it was me that initiated the precedent and clear explanation with the demonfork thread, months ago.

when JR played that he pointed out he had played as many as 15 pages of games already finished also.

Notice the numbers of his first four games of this player. Now find the one you accused JR of farming him on. Its over 2.5 million games away from the one you posted he was farming in....and hundreds of games of experience

A new recruit is a player with a ? If you look at your cheating thread, you will see every game listed has at least one of those, and often only has those.

Yes. We farm. Problem is, due to the fact that farming is a subjective notion, it is hard for us not to. We farm everything from chefs to generals, noobs and thota people. What can we say, guilty as charged. But we don’t violate the official anti-farming rule…

mm... not really.. the rule says, "Includes but is not limited to..."

Obviously any gross abuse of the game is forbidden. This includes but is not limited to: throwing games or deliberately benefiting from thrown games, intentional deadbeating, holding players hostage, serial teammate killing, hijacking accounts, systematically "farming" new recruits.
