Since this involves private messages, just report them by clicking the little ! near the Quote button while viewing the message. If we get enough pm's that the individual is doing this intentionally to be annoying, then we can take it from there. There is no need to make a C&A report about it.

And to those who think that "replying to all" is fun and harmless, please don't put your common sense to waste. It might save you from getting a disciplinary action.

so, don't put them in C&A even though it is against the rules as andy clarified?

While you can report Private Messages in the Cheating and Abuse forum---for the most part, we won' turn you away if you have anything to report---in the end, if you are reporting Private Messages, those doing the investigation eventually need to see the PMs in question, and the [!] allows them to see the actual PMs instead of possibly altered PMs posted in the Forum.

Just as with any other PM-related violation, it doesn't assist the moderators to put a C&A report here instead of clicking on the exclamation point. The exclamation point allows them to see the PM involved in a definite unedited form.
