Dear JefJef,

with this post I like to state the obvious and that is that you dont really read the posts and so your comments on them make no sense.
I will explain why I said this.

Here goes...
You spelled "wow" wrong, horribly. You clearly stated that English wasn't your first language and therefor you couldn't possibly be instating it is your defense because you speak another language, is that your rationale? Obviously you can't help being childish, it's a shame. You come here and and make pretense with a game-like lawyer instancing. "Allready" it's not a word, making words up goes with your defense I suppose, keep up the good work(?).

So, tell us, which one of you discovered the site and then told the others about it?

The timezone comment is pure bull. I wake up at 7a.m.(pac) my brother wakes up at 1p.m.(pac), I'm asleep around 2 hours early, usually, clearly not enough to make that big of a difference in sleep amounts. So don't try and feed that crap to us.

Your defense seems to stick, you clearly have little to no understanding of the English language. Honestly, you do deserve a chance to defend yourself, but there's no need to spam this up with a bunch of horse piss and proclaim people childish when your comment was exceedingly more childish than theirs. Let's not go down in flames with this thread, just keep it cool and wait for the verdict. If you're innocent than you'll have no problem waiting.

Sincerely,
Strife.

If you are going to call someone out about their spelling, perhaps you should spell therefore correctly. Also, it is then, not than. Oh, and I have no idea what instating means. Insinuating?

I have no dog in this fight, but if you are going to go after someone for their ability to write English, you better make sure your stuff is perfect.

When I look at the logs, I see that xabigerrard and enormastitz almost never attacked each other, I guess I could suspect them of being alliances too and from the moment enormastitz was defeated, we were accused of playing together. Coincidence?
For the record : Mr T-Rex, myself and NeleL are indeed friends, but we were never playing against the other two players and I find it sad of being accused. Anyway - with this game, we now have got the idea of indeed playing together as a team anyway and started a new game. So thanks for the idea.

Took you off the foe list to see what you and your 'friends' are saying.
Your guess is quite easily explained however: Green was working in a different area of the map to me and by the time I had built up enough areas to complete the bonus (approx. round 7 or 8 ) you and your ' friends ' had pulled a number on him. I took what terts I needed from Green where and when I needed them. Had I realized what you and your 'friends' were up to, I'd have offered Green an alliance in the game chat, you know, the place where it is legal to talk about diplomacy.

Well I'd like that explanation then please if you don't mind. You and your 2 mates are off my foe list for now until I hear what you have to say.
I can see from the posts you've made your an eloquent and intelligent writer, so you'll forgive me if I take what you say with a pinch of salt, nevertheless, all I hoped for by starting this thread was bit of clarity on what I still feel is very suspicious gameplay.
I just find it highly unlikely that you and MarcS in particular seem to arrive at your computers at roughly the same time and within seconds of him/her finishing the turn you've started yours, combine that with the fact you and MarcS appear to be relatively new to C/C, yet both of you had an uncanny confidence in leaving bonus borders adjacent to that of your threesome unmanned, of course I wasn't always able to see what was going on because of Fog, but like I said in another post, I'm well up on my maths and I could see that MarcS and yourself were putting all your resources into attacking and defending against me.
Of course you'll answer that by claiming that I was attacking you so you had no choice but to fight back, but in my experience of C/C and other sites similar to this, the strategy and gameplay MarcS, NeleL and you employed smacks of unseen diplomacy and very confident strategic play that I've really only witnessed the higher ranked players display.
I could well be wrong in all this, but gut feeling combined with some of the some of the evidence on show, i.e. log in times, turn times, unmanned borders, pack mentality...etc, all signifies to me that either alliance/diplomacy was spoken of by PM during the game or the three of you have agreed by other means beforehand that when you participate in games the opposition will be dealt with first, leaving all three of you to fight over the pickings.... if I'm way off the mark with that so be it, it's only a game.

Yes indeed. Green was working in my area... I Was going for the Bronx and he kept attacking me there. Check the log, you will see that I only took back what he tried to conquer from me. Does that mean I made conspiracies?
If that is the case, then you and Enormastitz are guilty of conspiracies as well...

From what I read in 1 of their games, they work together...

Game 5142691
2009-06-25 19:32:24 - Mr T-Rex: gebruik nooit de "auto assault" tenzij ge veel legerkes wilt verliezen !!
2009-06-25 21:59:22 - MarcS: goedemorgen collega-tjes
2009-06-29 12:50:10 - MarcS: it's game over for me (al lang)

translation :
2009-06-25 19:32:24 - Mr T-Rex: never use auto assault unless you want to lose a lot of army's

Dear xabigerrard,

I can imagine that it looks funny.
I will try to explain what happened but I can only speak for myself.
When I started the game no alliance/diplomacy was formed. I think we all played and fought for our space on the map. You can check the log files and see that I attacked everyone, not just you and enormastitz. I got settled on a part of the world and tried to keep that. I got attacked by all and fought back. I didn't have enough troops to protect all my borders so I had to choose. I left some borders unprotected and noticed that some players attacked those unprotected borders and some didn't. The next time I had to deploy and reinforce I placed my troops on the attacked borders and left the un-attacked (is that a word?) unprotected and it seemed to work.
Later in the game, and be honest now, if you see the chance of eliminating someone, you go for it. And so enormastitz was eliminated.
Then you started accusing us and at that point we started to say: "hey, that is an idea, why not play together as a team" and so we started a new team-game and for the false accusation we all attacked you.
The reason why I play so fast after the others is that I have two screens and on one of the CC stays open and I assume that my friends do the same.
I hope this explains what happened. Again, I can only speak for myself but I guess my friends can agree.

And to Masli, if you check the game where you saw our comments, it's only us three playing so how can we team up with eachother ?

Kind regards,
Mr T-Rex

As for my "good morning colleagues" chat to NeleL and Mr T-Rex from another game : Mr T Rex is right, that game was just between the three of us. I already said earlier that three of us are friends... so ?

Difference being, I have possibly never played Enomastitz before and certainly don't claim him/her to be a friend, neither I would suggest do I log in at similar times to him/her or play seconds after he/she has completed their turn, all I know is, he had you ( Blue in the game ) on the ropes before your 'buddies' stepped in.

After reading T-Rex's reply, I can see that if they're definitely not multi account holders then there is no real way of proving that they were allianced in some way unless PM's were sent between them and somebody has access to reading them ( can that be done? )
Regardless of all that, all three have admitted to being friendly with one another and even if they did not have a secret alliance or tactic worked out beforehand, I suggest to all three that it really isn't good game etiquette for them all to join a singles game with other opponents because it's probably going to be nigh on inevitable that they'll leave each other alone until the other players are taken out.
So, if they feel they really want to play with each other may I suggest a trips game ( which I have notice they have done ) or threesome singles.
There are thousands upon thousands of us playing conquer club and friendly little cliques in singles games is always liable to lead to this type of suspicion, particularly if the games keep panning out similar to this one.

This is funny. Why even bring up that English isn't your native language then?

Anyway, I think it would be pretty important to know who discovered the site of your three. See if your story fits right. Also, that wasn't an insult, not even close actually.

I have no dog in this fight, but if you are going to go after someone for their ability to write English, you better make sure your stuff is perfect.

Just sayin'.

Therefor is right(it's the archaic legal term), then was and still is correct, and look it up in a dictionary.

I have no dog in this fight? Not a good choice of words really, there are no dogs and there is no fighting. But, if you're going to go after some for their ability to portray the English language, you best make sure you're not wrong.

Just sayin'.

Whether friends generally help one another in a non-team game or not, there is no rule against them or people who know each other to have a game together as opponents with other players. Their claim that they are friends holds more credibility than of them being multis. This is noted until we can have more games where at least the accused players are involved in another secret diplomacy together.

My bad. I'll defer to the 17-year-old. I've learned nothing in my entire career working with words.

His English is just tony!

Otherwise just shut up and play Risk like everyone else. - Dancing Mustard
