Why are we not allowed to know?

Haven't you sort of been around longer than I? Shouldn't this be obvious to you?

I've been around a lot longer than you and they've always given us the names of the busted individuals. For them to simply say "Because I said so" is odd behaviour for them. So, I'll ask again, obvious or not, who was he busted with?

It's nice to know who the rule breakers are, so we could foe them in case they wish to return and buy premium, or to alter our tournament, or clan, or mafia games, ect. ect.
