True, but WHEN DID PLAYING RISK BECOME ABOUT POINTS!? Your problem pit is that points are all you care about but you're not that good, unfortunately those dont go together to well, i hope you get to general or conquerer someday so you can realize that points turn the game into a job not a game. mcflyguy, now that Louie92 is low rated, he can play doubles games and help his partner win a lot of points by playing speed games. It's just not fair. And yes, I do have Louie92 foe'd but how does that relate to him breaking the rules?

im not here to argue for or against louie92.... however what i do want to know is, what happens to any team games hes involved in while he is on a ban, does he miss those turns? because that would punish others. lowering his rank is also going to indirectly punish others as well, as when he plays games again he will be playing as a rank that has no real reflection on his abilities, this will lead to more points being taken from people than would be the case if he were at his regular rank should they lose to him

I believe that if he gets banned then he's instantly kicked out of the game, when he gets a vacation he is allowed to play out his ongoing games.

Being a "nice guy" doesn't matter when you make a statement saying you want to dump your points. The issue here is whether the hunters decide that his statement with actions is worth a punishment or if they think he played enough turns to not be punished. I personally think that he created an environment where he knew he couldn't play all the games well and had the goal of dumping points.

there's no rule about how many games you start... if you start too many, then too bad.. it's not a violation regardless of the motivation behind it... as long as he takes his turns and tried a little, that's not a violation.. and if you deem it to be a violation, then you're as big an idiot as pitrules....

in the interests of full discloser, ya... louie is a friend of mine on this site... a good player and a REALLY good kid... to ban him and allow losers like pitrules to play on here is a gross miscarriage of justice.. warning? sure..if it makes you feel good about yourself... kick him for a few days? over the top, but if you feel you must... but a permaban? you'll make a complete mockery of CC for bootin one of the good guys on this site...

Its not the "deeming" of it being against the rules I believe its probably louie92 stating he needed to drop points as his motivation for starting those games.But it seems this thread is more about a personal vendetta two or more of you have against pitrules . Lashing out at mods as well now seems a bit much .I wonder if all the drama in the Call-outs between all of you is somehow at the bottom of louies "point dumping .Oh yeh I said it "Point Dumping ". If a guy who had played as many games and achieved a high rank as louie92 has, starts them to lose points .(his written word not mine ) what else is it ? His last three or four games he has a private asking if he has a mental problem because of the moves hes making Anyway Im sure you will all jump on this post as quickly as you have jumped on everyone who has made a statement on here you dont like but at the end of the day the rule is in place Louie knew it stated his motivation and went ahead and achieved what he set out to do .So gentlemen no matter how you look at it "A Spade is still a Spade "

Alright, for Louie92's account, what is going happen is since Louie is in about 10 or so team games, we are going to leave his account as it is until all the games are finished, as not to kick him out of game and hand his regions over to partner, and since he isn't making contact with us via eTicket to explain himself, he is going to be given a Permaban, due to past history. For those making remarks that he took his turns, that doesn't mean he wasn't point dumping. In the 91 speed games he played, he lost 89 of them, and won 2. I also happened to look at a handful of logs, and to me, it didn't appear that he was trying to win, as he was attacking neutrals for no reason, and deploying and ending his attack phase quickly.

Remember, this is listed under our rules for Point Dumping... "If you are found guilty of Point Dumping, that is, the intentional losing of games via any means, with the intention of causing chaos in the form of griefing, passing points to other people, or manually "resetting" points to a lower score.". As for the people attacking Pit, are you saying if you see someone point dumping, and they are on your foe list, you shouldn't report them? With that, I am marking this Closed
