I agree with Razorvich's verdict in this case. This is more of a bait than a racist slur. It's an article about some high school dance. It's not an article about hating any race, religion or anything like that. I didn't bother reading the comments further on that page as it appears to be from people who want to make fun of the situation and just to ridicule. Maybe there are a few sensible comments underneath but I think it's an open section where people can say whatever they want to say in that website. His baiting is being evaluated.

I manage a team of over 90 employees Owen.. a good percentage international students, who also see racism on a daily basis, and can count on me to defend them and defuse racist attitudes from the public.

- We all live in the here and now, what we do and say is erased when our blink in time passes, Unless of course what one does or says makes it into the history books. A person who has hate for unjust reason is just a hater. What is the trigger that fires hate? Hate exists for some as a morbid past time that one uses to keep their own unbalance in check, a release for their own discomfort. While it's wrong, it suits the persons need to vent, and the release satisfies the discomfort. The fact is there are people who just can't help themselves, there are some who don't realize or are oblivious to their actions, and some who can attack and then reflect and know it was wrong, feel bad about it, BUT will do it again with the process of feeling bad all over again, Then those who try to make a conscious effort to control themselves. There are a lot of variations and so many brains in the world, there will always be love and hate, Its part of being humans I guess, and everyone has their own issues and handle them differently. Rationalizing, understanding, reflecting, are all part of trying to correct behaviour problems, But of course their will always be people who will block all that and ride the train of hate without a thought of pulling the brake and getting off.
