I can go down to the courthouse and read transcripts of suits that were brought before the court 100 years ago. Why would it be different anywhere else? The whole point of transparency is that cases are available to be read and studied at any point in the future.

Yes, But in each case in the courthouse, Once the case has been judged, It is logged and archived, Not even the next day unless you go into archives, Will you see the same case posted, It would be archived, and the next case would be presented, then judged, then archived, Never will that same case be brought forth or seen, Until next offense?

I'm not sure what you're saying. In most places you can look at archival records any time you want. There are exceptions, sure, but in most cases archives are available to be looked at any time.
