Other: throwing the game: avgiannattasio clearly said he was going to take his turns to only attack my until Culs De Sac could take control of the game, (and kill me and obviously avgiannattasio somewhere before or after that.) this was clearly premeditated as i said that it is throwing the game and explained exactly what could only happen in the end culs de sac would win and obviously gain control that would be impossible to reverse. they continued to cheat until their plan was fully executed. and sure enough like i was telling them through my time being kept hostage while they laughed and made jokes, not killing me completely with there game throwing abuse, but keeping me alive to make light of the situation that this is acceptable play for this game when throwing games and keeping people hostage is clearly not allowed as i told the 2 when they where commiting these acts. i am very disturbed if play such as this is allowed to continue on this sight. much less the verbal abuse dished out in undercover style.

sigh this was not cheating, u owned all russia in arms race, green and blue were on bottom map in usa, if they fought against each other u would hv won easy, they had to call a truce and attack u, the truce was posted in game chat (which is allowed)
green didnt throw the game, i checked games with blue and green and no they are not mates green im sure thought he was doing his best to win the game. as for being held hostage? they had to go up the nuke to hit u again, now at this part of the game they went at each other and were attacking each other as u were not a threat, thats not keeping u hostage, if either of them had hit the 15neutrals up top the missile just to kill u off that would give the other guy the win.
take a look at some of ur ratings king, a lot of people reackon ur rude and a sore loser go figure

Ok, I was checking in on culs game to see if he had a dubs ready, and observed this fiasco unfold. Let me give a little play by play as to what really happened...

#1, this is arms race, people getting isolated on one side of the map happens LOTS
King COnq had the entire of RUSSIA. So culs and avgi truced in chat to deal with it.
King started going balistic because he wasn't happy about the team up, and started spouting about culs game throwing.
Culs and avgi were still creating stacks as backup in order to take eachother out, so the game throwing was moot.

Avgi bombards and doesn't finish off yellow, then quits (due to wife issues) and then King starts complaining that he is being held hostage.
Culs busts through avgi, and then finishes king off.

I'm sorry but the game chat is hilarious, with king throwing one threat after another as he doen'st get his way in the game, then pumping up the hostage victim drama while culs is trying to break through the missile to finish him off.

This is a perfect example of a spurious, vindictive report due to things not going Kings way in a game.

So this was a four player game in which green and I were fighting for the USA while Red and Yellow were battling out for Russia...Red begins to state that he is being overrun and if he doesnt receive help he will lose control...About 2 turns later yellow eliminates red from the game and has clear control of ALL of Russia...Green decides to shoot up the missile and ask for a truce in order to try and survive..I agree ( IN THE GAME CHAT). At that point green works on the missile while i bombard the premier, launch code and scientist that yellows owns..he had 13-14 troops on these territories as a whole..green then states that i need to help him with bombardment since he has worked on the missile..i go up the missile and bombard yellow...upon weakening yellow...I state in the chat..that yellow cannot win so easily anymore and he would need time to recover so its between me and green to fight... I give him a 2 round warning and then the war continues...at this point green has a reserve stack of about 28 and I of 35-36...green CHOOSES to attack yellow...and I as previously stated attack both green and yellow...at this point me and green go back and forth for a few rounds and I get the best of him..he then states that he has to leave due to wife issues..i proceed to kill him off and then kill yellow..

I have only previously played with avgiannattasio one previous time in which i thought he was irrational and criticized him for it...all plots were laid out in the chat. Nothing illegal occurred. Thank you for your time

You are also somewhat allowed to throw a game, if the decision to do so happened within the game itself for some reason, because that is part of the game....

unless it happens in other games, or the person joined to suicide you, or suicides a lot, an individual suicide attack cannot be regulated, because it is a complete part of the game... if you get too strong, attack someone too much, attack their wrong spot, or say something in chat, you may very well set them off to attack you, and in multiplayer games, that is the game.

If he keeps joining your games and doing the same thing he is guilty as hell, but even if he purposely took you out in one game, even with malice, it simply isnt cheating, and if you think it is, you might as well play against computers.

Another easy spot is seeing someone get Warned for an offense on the site and instead of taking the Warning and heeding it they turn it around and try their best to involve others in their mistakes by creating reports.

I have played culs a few times a and have never seen him "throw" a game! IMO, culs is a darn good player both as an opponent and as a team mate. This accusation is totally grasping for straws that aren't there!

As I mentioned in the game to you..Green still had over 30 troops stacked on Chicago....he never forted his entire stack up the silo..and we still fought....green had just as good of a chance to win..he didnt give me anything..

More sore losing lame crybaby antics. Just admit, you revenge accused because you got beat. You don't know the map(or any map) near as well as some of the people that have posted here in support of culs(the player you so unfairly attacked in a cynical cheap fashion). No game was thrown, "you choose to give the game to..." Sounds like you are not a lateral or creative thinker, and give up easy, not to mention seem incapable/unwilling of reading a game log objectively.
Reading the game log, anyone with over 500games experience, that has been sarg in rank or above can see that no game was thrown. Game log, no where as amusing as the game chat
