Ending and Beginning Rounds in Team Games [sorted]

Please explain how a in a 2 team game, the other team ended one round then began the next round? See: Game 1069962. In every game I've played if my team ends we can't be the first to play in the next round, so how did this happen in Game 1069962.

After 12 hours or so the other team gets chance to take their turns so they can save their bonus. :roll:
