Comments: I have been watching from afar these two accounts, wanting to be diligent before reporting them. But my spidey-senses have been going off for the last month or so . Roughly nine times out of ten, their last login has been within 10 minutes of each other, typically within 5 minutes. Their current last ones are 0448 and 0455 respectively. I should have been keeping a log of screenshots, but I figure you have access to their history of logins/IPs. So I apologize that my strongest piece of evidence against them is something I don't have the physical evidence against, but rather something that I have noted in my memory when I checked.
There are not many log instances of them playing back to back just with how their games together have shaken out since they are doubles. But here are a few:

I admit the above is definitely a conflicting point in my argument since that is uncommon, but I am willing to point it out for those who will digging through game logs.
At a minimum, I am very confident these two live together, but something seems fishy about this. Thank you for looking into this.
