Comments: reven2 (biggest mover on december 2016) has three common games with Tigg. On round 4 of the mentioned game, he let Tigg get a bonus from the italic states being only defended with one troop.
This fact, in addition of their 3 games they are sharing, make me think they are playing as a team.

Are you talking about the border of Slovenia and Sab Marino? If you are FYI they can't attack each other. If not can you point me in the right direction.
