Looks like some secret diplomacy is going on between these two...no comments in the chat, yet it seems as if they are partners. I'm guessing donkey-kong1 initiated this. Is there any way of checking.

I dont see any SD. While the borders are suspect, it is escalating so often times players will not bother stirring up each other until they go for the kill.
