The accused are suspected of:

Conducting Secret Diplomacy

Game number(s):

11077825 Europe 1914
possibly other games, but this one is the one I know there was secret diplomacy.

Comments: Early in the game, red and green make a deal not to attack one another. So far, no problem as it is in the chat. Once they have one by one eliminated almost all the other players, there is a three way situation in which whyareyouhere? has the overwhelming lead and logic dictates McLardin attack. At this point, McLardin puts in comment section:

2012-06-01 08:10:58 - Whyareyouhere?: haha, understood
After which red makes no attacks the following turns, allowing green to take game. They play a high number of games together, not as doubles, but as individuals where they seem to be taking out other players.

that SOUNDS pretty public... there may be more to it though, based on that... im not sure. i dont think its SD. just foe them.

You can't collude to hand games to one another even if you put it in chat. I don't know if that's what's actually happening here, but just putting things in chat doesn't mean there's no cheating going on.
