Don't think this warrant an official warning! I've seen much worse being let go. A note at most but no warning. He isn't using strong enough language. Calling someone fag and slurring about tampons in pussy and or ass isn't a very big deal.
FAMO unless he traps it up a notch.

Actually, I've seen countless people get warnings for using that word in Game Chats :|

In game play, there will be some colorful language used but he crossed the line by using potentially hurtful statements.
