Comments:Came across comments on foster-merrits wall from tyrantchef by accident as I am currently in a game with foster-merritt. It is an obvious case of SD and I have added a screenshot from foster-merrits page. This looks like a serial case as tyrantchef also has a SD going with jmanzo_wvu in game #10141100. Check out both of their walls.

Tyrantchef received a warning yesterday for secret diplomacy. And with the time frame of this I am going to give him the benefit of the doubt that he didn't understand the rules and let the warning from yesterday include both of this game also games.
