These are suspected Secret Alliance
Suspect users: Aerodu/Cal-dree
Game number: 341872

Comments: They took took over large areas next to each other and never attacked each other yet never forted their borders with each other until we called them on it and they denied being a secret alliance and immediately forted their borders.
