You weren't all that far from having a different decision. You have a good start towards one.

IMO you should have had a different decision and had dibbum waited a few more weeks to report you you probably would have been on the other end of this. He was correct to report you though

Well in my honest opinion, you are wrong and he was wrong to report me, hence why I was cleared! And your opinion really doesn't matter anymore as this case has been settled. The only opinion that matters is the mods', and they have sided with me as expected. You are more than welcome to join the Adior3tr0 Pelo callouts, located in callouts!

haha no need to waste my time with no spoils pelo 4 player games, any decent people in there and that is all luck. Oh and you might want to check my track record both as a player and on pelo before you go off and say that it is not luck or you would beat me easily

But if this is an issue about quantity, then over time, anyone could theoretically be accused of farming.

Let's say I set up Pelop wars games in the same manner. For example, 5 every two weeks. So in 6 months, I would have made 60 games. Then, someone could open up a C&A thread and accuse me of farming?

I think we need to look at the games in question as % of active games. If it's just a setting that the player enjoys and isn't actively trying to farm, then the % of games in question in relation to total active games at that time should make clear intentions.

Well that is a bad rule too, ill just get myself in 100 stale games play 10 farming games at a time and rise rank very easily. No matter what there will always be a loophole which is why CC doenst have offical numbers as to what constitutes cheating but trust me when i say this is close. Oh and i couldnt care less i dont think farming should be against the rules but that is not the case and thus i will abide by the given rules and argue over rulings that i think are against the rules or state they are close if i think so

So if you play 10 games out of 100, how many extra points would you realistically get? Sure you get like 500 points maybe from noobs, but if you're playing the rest of the game against good competition, I could realistically see that net point gain drop down to about 100. And a 100 point swing in score over a month isn't exactly shooting up the leader boards.

100 stale games, that means 8 player no spoils which are going to take years to finish.

Then i could play 10 farming games at a time for a huge point gain. Trust me I know how much your score can be helped by just a few farming games as i have played farming games just not against ?'s

It's funny you say that. I had a very similar experience when I was a NR.. I got my ass kicked by a freestyle player and I had no clue what had just happened to me. I wanted to stick around and figure out how I was beaten like that so easily.

All luck? If you think that, then there isn't any point to check your track record on pelo or as a player because that statement couldn't be anymore false. And tells me if you think that, you really have no understanding of the game. I actually play that map with those settings because it reduces the luck factor and relies more on strategy. I can have shit dice most of the game, and still win, like i have done many times! All luck? Pretty sure then I can beat you 8 of 10 times or somewhere around there!

The setting I play aren't stalemate games at all.. The longest one I have played has been 20 rounds, with the average around 12-14 rounds.. Sounds like a stalemate game with those settings to me for sure!

He is saying stale. As in boring rubbish full of ? games.

I wonder if you could maintain your rank NOT playing stale ???? games. It would be nice to see rank braggarts maintain their rank playing only valid games. ;)

I just went thru my last 10 pages of games and saw ZERO ?'s. Your 1st page looks like a majority are ?'s...

You should challenge yourself like ljex did when he was a General + and play something more challenging and not so stale.

ah yes, so much skill to attack your helmets, build a stack and wait for others to be stupid. At least in adjacent or spoils there would be incentive to attack at some point. In that you essentially wait and react to others moves or the game going on for a while.

oh and the stale games has nothing to do with you though true it was intended for the purpose of someones argument that it should be a % of active games and if you pass that it would be considered farming

I do not see that many new recruits joining in the accused' games therefore, I would clear this case. I can recommend that the Peloponnesian War map be added to the new recruits restricted map, and if possible, fog settings as well.

omg can i really read this correct put pelo war on the new recruits list. was this not a map that has been said since last year needs to go on it. I think so, maybe you could ask lack to pull his finger out and do it instead of there being another 5 or 6 cases before he does do it.
