On a side note. You may want to look into these guys. The accounts looks suspiciously like multis. They joined CC all on the same date and within an hour of eachother, played a 3-5 games and that's it. Possible point dumping?

mg I have to ask where you came up with the information in your complaint. As far as all 5's when he wins and all 1's when he loses just isn't true, and he only has 24 ratings that he has given.

Looking at the ratings he has given I don't see any thing that shows me any systematic abuse. I believe he just doesn't understand how it works. I am going to send him a PM and NOTE this report.
