Postby mybike_yourface on Sat Jun 10, 2006 12:56 am

check out game 29937? how did this guy win? was this legit? the guy who won, Arthuber just kept getting turns but it wasn't a double turn game. am i missing something? i'm not exactly trying to call some out for cheating but i can't understand what happen in this game. it seemed like he got a turn every time he defeated someone. is this how Freestyle (no double turns) games can work?

this is what happens in escalating games: when the card sets get to be worth 15, 20, 25 armies it is easy to kill another player. When you kill a player you get their cards. When you get 5 cards you can cash in the middle of your turn, which is what he did. So, yes it was legit.

It was pretty impressive what he did do...

From wales, up to scotland, down to lands end, taking out all 5 players... Was a pretty nifty move if you ask me...

Oh yeah and High and AK are right :)

There are no wild cards. You cannot accumulate more than 5 cards, therefore there may be a mid-turn cashing in of sets after eliminating an opponent.

From the How to Play Section :)
